Northbrook Addition
We recently completed a remarkable addition to a home in Northbrook, enhancing both the kitchen and mudroom. The project began with the original side of the house, including the existing kitchen and laundry room. We started with a detailed sketch of the new kitchen layout, followed by foundation work and interior framing. As the electrical and plumbing were installed, the exterior framing took shape. Rock Wool insulation was added to the outside walls for superior energy efficiency. The installation of LVT flooring brought a modern touch to the space. Exterior walls were finished. The long view of the completed kitchen showcases its spacious and elegant design. Multiple views of the new kitchen highlight its functionality and latest style. The mudroom and laundry room were also transformed, providing practical and organized spaces for the homeowners. This addition seamlessly blends comfort and style, making everyday living more enjoyable.
