We recently transformed the back of a charming brick home in West Rogers Park. The project began with the demolition of the existing porch and steps, followed by meticulous excavation and foundation work. With the foundation framing in place, we poured the foundation wall, ensuring a solid base for the new addition. As the exterior walls and windows went up, the vision for the space started to take shape. Interior framing and additional windows were installed, bringing light and openness to the home. The exterior was completed with precision, and the final result was a beautifully remodeled space that delighted the homeowners.
